At D&B Loans, we owe everything to Wiley Wroten — a man whose life was defined by honesty, kindness, and an unwavering dedication to helping others.
When Wiley opened our doors in 1990, he didn’t just start a business — he built a promise to serve the East Texas community with fairness, compassion, and integrity.
Wiley believed that helping neighbors succeed was the greatest investment of all. Whether it was a handshake, a listening ear, or staying late to help someone through hard times, he made sure every customer felt like family.
Though he passed in 2025, his legacy lives on in every loan we offer, every story we hear, and every person we serve. We continue this work not just in his name, but in his memory.
